Tekitana DOO, Novi Sad, Serbia operates Natal Compass and acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
Natal Compass may collect birth date, birth time, birth location, coordinates, email address, account settings, saved chart data, daily reflection entries you write, waitlist preferences, and support messages you provide.
Our host also records each request made to the service: the IP address it came from, the browser or app that made it, the address requested, and the response. These are not copied into our database and we never write them out ourselves. Railway deletes them after 7 days. An IP address is also used, in memory only, to rate limit sign-ups so one source cannot flood the service.
Assistant connector call logs: when an AI assistant calls our calculation tools through the connector at natalcompass.com/mcp, we keep the tool name, the outcome, the latency, the name and version of the assistant, the protocol version, and a keyed hash of the network address that changes every week. Birth details and results are never kept. These records live for 90 days and are used to count how many assistants use the tools.
Birth details are used to calculate chart placements and generate educational chart reports. Account holders can export (a JSON copy of their data) or permanently delete their account and data directly from account settings, or request access, correction, export, or deletion via support@mail.natalcompass.com.
